Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with JW Collection Finds. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at jwcollectionfinds@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at jwcollectionfinds@hotmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it if it meets our return conditions.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The hygiene exception for earrings and pierced jewelry still applies unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
